Tim Irwin explores the world of leadership and what leads executives to their downfalls. This book relates to all who have some level of leadership. When you apply Irwin’s principles, you will succeed.

I loved how Irwin was able to relate this book to all types of leadership roles, not just in the corporate world. He leads the reader through others failures and shows the reader how to do it better. This book really made me think of the things that I am doing wrong and what I can do to fix them. It really inspired me. I am definitely going to recommend this book to many of my coworkers and friends because I feel that following the techniques presented in the book will lead them to more successes in their positions.

I am completely addicted to haunted house type of books so I was really excited to get “Found” in the mail. After reading the first paragraph, I was thinking that the book was going to be great. It was a great way to begin a book. But as I continued to read, I could definitely tell that this was an amateur writer. How the kids talked to each other wasn’t exactly believable sometimes, and sometimes I had a hard time understanding how some of the conversations fit into the story. But all in all, it was a decent book. It was definitely a quick read and I don’t regret reading it!

P.S. I Love You by Cecelia Ahern

Holly, a young Irish widow, lost her husband to a brain tumor. For a period of time, she becomes extremely depressed and locks herself away in her apartment, remembering all the good times that she had with her husband. She is then surprised to receive letters from her dead husband. 10 letters that instruct her to do things, sometimes reluctantly.

P.S. I Love You is a novel that keeps you wanting more. It’s hard to put the book down because you want to know what the next letter said, and then the letter after that. This novel is heart-tugging, yet humorous at times. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who has ever had to say “goodbye.”

I have heard some say that Cecelia Ahern has an awkward writing style at times, but I had no problem following this book. I really enjoyed it!
